These in-depth, online courses have been crafted for students who wish to learn more about topics that may not be covered at their local yoga studios, meditation centres, or in the books they’re reading. With the help of associate faculty, we’ve begun offering an increasing range of online courses from technique-based ones like Pranayama: Yoga Breathing in Depth, to lecture-style courses like The Psychology of Yoga and Mindfulness.

  • option of personal support via Skype and Group Chat with an assistant teacher.
